I am Prashant

My mission is to help you be your best self. I help and guide you to believe in yourself, to show up at the yoga mat and achieve what you set out to.

My journey with yoga began 20 years ago when I started practicing it with my guru (teacher). I started doing yoga to reduce stress, imrprove concentration and increase stamina. My passion became so strong that I decided to study more about Yoga.

I started offering classes in Madrid 15 years ago and from humble beginnings now I have many students all over Spain and Europe.

My speciality is traditional Indian HATHA YOGA and ASHTANGA VINAYASA, both of which are very well known and practiced globally. In Meditation I help you practice Mind Sound Resonance Technique and Pranic Energisation Technique (both of which are very powerful and proven to be effective). For relaxation I teach YOG NIDRA, this helps a lot in reducing stress level. It is a way of sleeping conciously.

Yoga to me is the practice of keeping channels in the bodyopen, so we can fully receive the gift of being alive. To soften into a place of less resistance, cultivate more trust in ourselves and create more flow in our everyday life.

Frequently Asked Questions

The most cited reason people selected for doing yoga was to “increase flexibility”.

Flexibility is an important component of physical health. Yoga offers many styles to choose from, varying in intensity from high to moderate to mild. Even the lowest intensity styles have been found to increase flexibility .

Yoga is especially helpful for improving flexibility in adults ages 65 and older. Reduced flexibility is a natural part of aging, and a 2019 study found that yoga both slowed down loss and improved flexibility in older adults

The American Psychological Association recently shared that 84% of American adults are feeling the impact of prolonged stress.
